The room must also have an openable window and built in ventilation of at least 100cm². *Please check the surround is suitable for a Flueless fire. Minimum clearances to combustible surfaces i.e. Ceilings should be 800mm, Bottom 100mm, Sides 100mm, Top 400mm (i.e. combustible shelves). NOTE: Under no circumstances should any electrical equipment e.g. Plasma screen TV's sets etc be positioned on the wall above this appliance.
