NOTE: Please note that all the above sizes are in millimeters (mm). Sizes are actual size of fabrication please allow a minimum clearance of at least 5mm for ease of installation & refer to the manufacturers instructions prior to installation. Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Gas Safe Register registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your chimney or flue with this fire before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. *Also due to the sheer number of varying flue boxes it is not possible to know which fires are suitable until such time as the existing fire has been removed. Please be aware that whilst soot deposits on a gas fire are quite normal and to be expected, they will be more visible on a pebble, driftwood or light coloured fuel effect. Also be aware that due to the fire producing heat the interior of the fire may become marked over time through general wear and tear. Output depends on flue-pull, diameter of flue and conditions of fireplace. *Although we and our Manufacturers display some products in photographs with and without a hearth the ultimate decision of whether a hearth is required or not is that of your Gas Safe Register registered gas installer, as Building regulations and Gas Safe Register regulations may differ in areas throughout the UK. However for the avoidance of doubt please esquire with your Gas Safe Register gas fitter before purchase. All information contained in the website is to assist in your choice of a suitable fire. This is not intended to be all the information required to install your fire.
