NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Gas Safe Register registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your intended location and circumstances with this fire before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. This Fire should not be installed in a room smaller than 30m^³ with built in ventilation of at least 100cm^² (air vent included with this fire as standard) and an openable window. Also note that this fire cannot be installed in a bathroom or bedroom. If you would like any of the above Environ fires to be completely freestanding you will need to order the optional extra infill product code (INFO141) and spacer kit which fits to the back of the fire. A cavity wall box is also included with this fire for use when recessing part of the fire into the wall. It is recommended that this fire should not be used as a sole source of heat rather as a secondary source in conjunction with central heating. Please be aware that whilst soot deposits on a gas fire are quite normal and to be expected, they will be more visible on a pebble fuel effect. Also be aware that due to the fire producing heat the interior of the fire may become marked over time through general wear and tear.
