NOTE: This electric fire requires a 13amp socket to plug into on installation and the heat is provided by a fan heater.
With all Pureglow cast iron products you should expect slight imperfections/small marks due to the authentic manufacturing process as all products are hand finished and therefore each and every casting will be slightly different and unique in its own way which is normal and to be expected with cast products of this type. Ensure that the room in which the cast iron product is being installed is thoroughly dry e.g recently plastered walls cause high levels of moisture in the atmosphere and, as a result, rust is almost inevitable. Under no circumstances should a Water-based cleaner or polish be used to clean cast iron products.
