Notes

NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Gas Safe Register registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your chimney or flue with this fire before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. Please note that soot deposits on a gas fire are to be expected and quite normal. Also be aware that due to the fire producing heat the interior of the fire may become marked over time through general wear and tear which is quite normal and to be expected. All sizes in the table provided are in millimeters (mm). Due to the number of size measurements on this fire it is strongly recommended that you have the appliance on site / in your possession to take accurate measurements from before proceeding to create any aperture in the wall to avoid potential mistakes being made. The Apex Fires Cirrus X1 is also referred/abbreviated to as the Apex 860 as seen in the manufacturers instructions which is all one of the same fire.

It is strongly recommended that heat resistant materials be used in the installation of high output gas fires such as Apex Fires which includes using special heat resistant plaster, fillers and associated products to help prevent surface cracks appearing on the face of the wall.
